European Championships, Roskilde (Denmark)

The Thrill Europe Factory Team was present in Roskilde (Denmark) for the final rounds of the European Champion League and the European Championships.

Kristens Krigers finished 3rd place in round 11 and with the final rounds giving double points, he just missed out on first place by 3 points in the Junior Men ranking.

Edzus Treimanis took 3rd place in the Elite Men category which was enough to keep him at the top of the ranking making him the European BMX League Champion.

The Thrill Factory Europe Team won the Team Competition in the European BMX League.

In the European BMX Challenge, all 3 competing youth riders made it to the main. Jan Seidl took 2nd place in the Boys 9, Rune Deburchgraeve 5th in the Boys 14 and Mikus Strazdins won the title in the Boys 15 category

In the European Championships we had 1 finalist in each category.
Marrie Hossay was stoked with her 8th place in the Junior Women, especially since an injury kept her off the track most of the season.
Kristens Krigers started off in the lead in the Junior Men final, but got passed by in the second turn and finished 2nd place winning the silver medal.
In Elite Women, Aneta Hladikova had a bad gate; but managed to fight back to reach 6th place.
Edzus Treimanis also had to settle for 6th place in the Elite Men main.

Congratulations team riders with these results and good luck in the BMX Worlds in Rotterdam, (July 22-27).
